Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
Messaging Compliance
When using Courzad to deploy AI agents on messaging channels such as WhatsApp, you are responsible for: obtaining explicit opt-in consent from end users before initiating conversations, complying with WhatsApp Business policies and messaging guidelines, ensuring that AI agent responses are accurate and appropriate for your use case, and not using the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Courzad platform are owned by Courzad and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, agent configurations, and uploaded documents.
Limitation of Liability
Courzad provides AI agent services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your AI agents to meet your requirements.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable messaging platform policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
